What is a process?
A process in a corporate institution refers to a structured series of activities or steps designed to achieve a specific goal or outcome.
These processes help ensure efficiency, consistency, and accountability within the organization.
In other words a process is a way of doing things in a structured manner in an organization, for example when you want to go on leave or take time off from work there is a process you go through to request permission before you can take a break.
Reviewing a process or request
When a form is submitted, it creates a process for members with permissions to review can review and approve or reject or even request for changes.
To see requests, select "Requests" from the navigation drawer and the requests page will show, as shown in the request page there are 3 sections, the first section is made of a list of forms that are used in your organization, the second section is a list of the members that have submitted requests under the selected form and the far right section is the preview of the request where you see the details of what the member submitted and the current reviews that members have submitted.
Submitting a new review
To submit a new review on the requests page, click on the "Submit A Review" button, a dialog with a text editor would show where you can enter your comment and reaction to submit as shown in the picture below.
