In this section we will discuss how to attach flows to your form to determine who can approve a request and who cannot.

Creating flows

Flows are the journey of your form or process, they define where the form goes when submitted and who can react to it or review it. As shown below in the screenshot you can create a flow per department and under each you can select who should be notified when the form is submitted and show can approve or reject when it is submitted.

Flows can be changed later if your organization structure changes and new flows can be added later. Typical in many organizations, people in management approve processes and head of departments review them.
